grab the hot water bottle by the inlet neck
hold the hot water bottle vertically
slowly fill the hot water bottle with water to about 2/3 of its capacity, do not use boiling water (max. temp. 60°C)
slowly squeeze the air out until you see water through the inlet
screw the cap on as far as it will go (do not overtighten)
